Shipping Policy

At ecommerce2k store, operated by BOYS AND GIRLS CLOTHING LLC, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer three shipping options for all domestic orders:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally at this time. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We accept shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates. Express and Overnight shipping may not be available for PO Box addresses.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak shopping periods (holidays, sale events), processing and delivery times may be extended by 1–3 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ecommerce2k store is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

• Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
• Contact us at [email protected] — we'll do our best to assist you

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.
