Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be in its original condition with tags still attached
- Item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Item must be returned in its original packaging if available
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions — We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship the item — Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Confirmation — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind / size exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend USPS First Class or Priority Mail for tracking.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account (typically 3–5 additional business days).
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item details you'd like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank — processing times vary by institution
